Yummy casserole

One of our favorite meals is a Navy Bean and Artichoke Casserole with Goat Cheese (and leeks) from Cooking Light. Alex loves it too! He shoveled it in by the handful, and at one point he actually clapped.

    Goat cheese makes anything delicious! Except sweet potatoes.
